With a Pilates for scoliosis exercise programme, in just four months,  I have helped to make a substantial correction in the spinal problem for Client A. Her posture is now very much better, shoulder pain virtually gone and there is  much less lower back pain. This should be maintained if she continues with the pilates for scoliosis exercise programme.

After just a month of following a Pilates for scoliosis exercise programme Client's B posture has also improved.

About me
I suffered neck, shoulder and lower back pain. After having being to osteopaths and chiropractors without success I started to practise Pilates. Soon I started to see the benefits. click here to read more about me.

What is Pilates
Pilates can be defined as the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Pilates exercises are designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness"

With the Pilates method what is more important is quality not quantity.  Also with Pilates you will improve not only your body but you will find a positive state of mind and spiritual enlightenment.   To make the most of your Plates exercises it is recommended that you have a one to one instructor specially at the early stages.   In most of the group classes the instructors' attention is divided hence little attention to precision is paid.  

Pilates benefits:
Pilates is known of great benefit for: back pain, better posture, improved flexibility, lowered stress levels, toned buttocks and thighs, a flatter stomach and a trimmer waist. More efficient respiratory, lymphatic and circulatory system.
